Game Time: Another game set right after the last

Real Time: December 2002

Subject: Viper Attacks : Vol 3, Issue 9 Stumptown Supers

Role Call: Blazing Arrow, Crete, Super Freak

with Airstrike, numerous normals and agents, supervillians And Reintroducing Sergeant Sonic!

Last game, Super Freak had just noticed that one of the monitors was showing two high speed hovercraft approaching the island. He quickly identifies them as Viper craft and warns the rest of the team.

Thinking that some of these buttons on the controls must do something, he presses all of them.

Amazingly, another statis tube is rotated out into view with the previously met, Sergeant Sonic! See Volume 2 Issue 2. While fussing with the control, a stun gun zaps both Coriolis and would of gotten Stan, but Aqua heroically throws herself in the way.

Touched by this act of bravery, Blazing Arrow finds a shaded area outside to shelter the two heroes and communicates to the wild life to keep good care of them. No harm is done to them during the game, but the local ants and other insects exfoliate the two of them. Coriolis has never had such soft skin before...

The rest of the heroes decide that they should make a stand at the cave entrance. Crete generates a couple pillboxes for the japanese, marine, and explorers who have been outfitted with some items from a weapons locker. nobody took the cone rifle Blazing Arrow hides above the entrance ready to pounce on the agents as they come in.

The horde of agents (about 30) seem ready to meet the Stumptown Supers. A couple have water packs and lasers to deal with Crete and Coriolis. They also have two villains, Silver Stone and Dart. Silver Stone is a fairly quick brick while Dart relies on her speed and high tech weaponry to best her foes.

While the agents may of thought themselves ready for two of the Supers, they were not ready for Blazing Arrow leaping upon them, getting gunned down by futuristic weaponry, and having the whirling dervish known as Super Freak rip through their ranks. The agents barely have time to think before becoming face down in the sand.

I forget exactly what happened to Dart, I know she shot Airstrike, got blasted by her and then knocked out. By Sonic?

Silver Stone proves to be made of sterner stuff, but falls from the combined effort of the team. Ok, bad memory here too

The Hovercraft attempt to flee, but Super Freak disables them before they get very far.

• What happens to all these agents and villains?
• There's a lot of tech here. Airstrike mentions that her employer will probably seize it all as soon as it's known.
• What to do with the normals? Sergeant Sonic knows of a program for Japanese that have been fighting the war since WWII, but Morito and his squad seem to be taking this in good stride.
• What is Calico doing waiting for Orion's secret ID in his office at SWORD?
